Start to Run

What: 
Recreational Get Set Ready
When: 
Repeats every week every Monday and every Thursday until Mon May 07 2012 except Mon Apr 09 2012.
The Start to Run program makes it possible for everyone, regardless of their age, to establish a good condition in only ten weeks. Accompanied by an experienced instructor, you'll be training 2 to 3 times a week with a fixed running schedule. After 10 weeks, you should be able to run 5 kilometers.
So, put on your running shoes and Start to Run!
 

Practical information*
 
 
10 weeks on Mondays and Thursdays from 18.30 - 19.30, as of February 27th 2012
 
UAB students/staff: € 40
Partners (Gold members HealthCity, VUB alumni and HUB students): € 60
All others: € 80
 
* only club card holders can enroll for these series of lessons.
