Krav Maga is Hebrew for "contact fight". It's an official form of self defense and "close combat"  developed by the Israeli army, the Israeli police and other Israeli security services. The Krav Maga methods are adjusted to a large audience, regardless their physical capacities. The techniques are focused on real life situations and very efficient. Krav Maga is characterized by simple techniques inspired by natural movements.
