Start to Sport series

Those who realise that exercise and sport can improve their life quality, but haven't found out yet what kind of exercises suit them best, can try some of the Start to Sport series organised by Students Sport Brussels (Studentensport Brussel). These programmes are easily accessible for everybody. Your personal trainer makes sure that you execute the exercises correctly, preventing you from any injuries. And of course, he/she motivates you in difficult times.

 

Lessons

You would like to try out some of the new trends in the dynamic world of sports? We organise a great programme of initiations in popular sports. The number of participants is limited, so registration is necessary! This is possible at the sports information point on your campus! 

 

Sports programme

For those who can't resist the urge to sport any longer! Studentensport Brussel has a very large, varied and guided recreational sports programme on the campuses of Jette and Etterbeek. The introduction sports programme gives you the chance to discover your favorite sport and start regular sporting. Enjoying yourself through physical exercise, sport and perseverance is the core message!
